  • 1 complimentary get-to-know-you meeting (virtual)
  • Continuous support throughout your labor and delivery (home, birth center, or hospital)
  • 24/7 on-call at 37 weeks
  • Care after birth- I will stay with you for up to 2 hours after the birth to assist with the first feeding if needed and ensure the family is comfortable.
  • Postpartum follow-up: Virtual or in-person postpartum visit to go over your birth experience and answer any questions you may have. (2 hours)

Postpartum Overnight Care Services

  • Customize care for you, your baby, and your family.
  • Light meal and snack preparation.
  • Bottle, breastfeeding & lactation support I will help you reach your breastfeeding goals.
  • Basic newborn care – Feeding, diaper changes, bathing (when ready), soothing, swaddling, and more
  • Help develop a personal care calendar that incorporates your village to help your home run smoothly (maintain chores, doctor’s appointments, errands, meal plans, and self-care).
  • Guide you through your postpartum healing and recovery journey to maximize your rest.
  • Provide comfort and reassurance throughout your postpartum journey.

You can sleep peacefully while your baby sleeps because you Doula is there to assist you!

Investment: Starting at $50 / HR -minimum of 8-hour increments. Available in 8, 10, 12-hour increments.
